Sopheap Pich comes to MASS MoCA this spring as part of Invisible Cities, based on Italo Calvino’s novel of the same name, in which Marco Polo describes the cities he visited in his world travels.  However, many of the city’s descriptions resemble Polo’s home in Venice, posing the question of whether these cities were real or imagined by Polo.
